Our hotel bar feels much more like a colourful living room than a hotel lounge. Think 1970s designer furniture, board games and probably the best Whisky Sour you'll have all holiday. Then summer arrives. We slide open the doors. And the living room simply continues outside.
There are countless favourite spots across the garden terrace.
People gather for aperitivo, order spontaneous bowls of pasta, stretch out beneath the shade sails, sip cocktails, disappear into a good book or enjoy the kind of conversations that stay with you long afterwards. Some guests say it feels a little like being by the sea.
We have breakfast and dinner outside for as long as the sun stays with us – and it rather likes it here.

Tuesday Art Aperitivo
Art every Tuesday evening. A young South Tyrolean artist wins over our guests with an open-air vernissage and aperitivo. Plus Patrick's delicious little bites. One of those evenings when hardly anyone feels like sitting down for dinner.
Sunday BBQ
Legendary. And our chefs look rather good in the outdoor kitchen too. Fire on! Don't worry though: you watch. We serve.
Thursday is Disco Thursday
Close your eyes & dance. Bed before midnight? Definitely not on a Thursday. From mid-June to mid-September, our terrace turns into quite possibly the coolest dance floor in the world. Join in, let go, laugh, dance and soak up the summer night.
