And again a year is over. My winery “Tenuta di Fra´” has been around 5 years. The coincidence that in February 2017, during a flying visit to the Marche, I met the previous owner of my current winery, has set my life and also that of the family in new directions.
There are no coincidences. It falls to one what is due. With a strong team, it is easy to lead well. Gianluca Bartolucci, a soul of a man, nurtures, cares and organizes the work in the vineyard and in the cellar. In may 2022, the entire cultivation of wine, olives and arable land was certified organic. This was our great goal. Pierluigi Lorenzetti, enologist and one of the best at national level, determines every step in the winery. From the vine to the bottle. The success proves him right. The Gambero Rosso 2023 has awarded our Verdicchio Riserva Franz 2019 with 3 glasses. Martalie 2019 and Lorenzo 2020 made it to the finals.
