Our Hotel Muchele is located in the village Postal, near Merano. From the highway through Tyrol in Austria to the Italian border and continue on the motorway (A22) to Bolzano South. Here, take the highway MeBo towards Meran and after about 20 km take the exit Lana–Postal. Follow signs for Postal, turn right at the crossroads towards Bolzano, after 200 meters you will see on the left the driveway to your Muchele.

Please note: There are no taxis on stand-by at Bolzano airport. We will be happy to organise a return transfer for you.

Free cancellation up to 1 day (New Year's bookings from December 26th to 14 days) before the start of your holiday.

For the next year apply our original cancellation conditions. Cancellations are always unpleasant – for you as well as for us. We therefore ask for your understanding and would like to inform you in advance. The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers’ Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal: We charge 100% of the breakfast price (cancellation fee 21 days before arrival). In the case of early departure of the guest, the guest is asked to pay the price for the days spent and to pay 100% of the price of the agreed remaining but unused services. Notification according to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code (GvD 206/2005)

So you can protect yourself from unforeseen surprises and it does not hurt.

If you will not be able to have dinner on arrival day until 08.00 p.m., please let us know in advance.

We offer a modern infrastructure for electric vehicles to provide you with a sustainable and comfortable travelling experience. With a total of five charging stations, we are prepared to charge all types of electric vehicles. Billing is per kilowatt hour (kW), which ensures transparent and fair billing.

Of course you may bring your friend with you (except in our Much Living Penthouses). We charge for your dear companion per day € 35.-/ € 50 our Moroso Penthouse (without any food). A cozy dog blanket, bowl and a little surprise awaits your little treasure. Thank you for understanding that your dog is not allowed in the spa area, on the lawn and (only during dinner) in the dining room, restaurant and on the terrace. For breakfast he is welcome to join us on reservation, we will prepare a nice table on the hotelbar side :) Together we reserve the right to make any necessary only on departure additionally. Thank you for your understanding. :)
